Dinma is a telemedicine platform designed to connect patients with healthcare providers while streamlining administrative processes. The platform faced challenges with provider management, patient onboarding, and post-appointment communication. I led the redesign of the patient and provider experiences, focusing on usability, accessibility, and operational efficiency. My work included provider dashboards, appointment scheduling, availability management, and patient communication workflows.

Problem Statement

The platform had several inefficiencies:

  • Patients had a fragmented experience for booking and post-appointment follow-up

  • Providers struggled with managing availability, earnings, and multiple practice locations

  • Insurance and membership details were confusing and difficult to navigate

  • Post-appointment communication (emails, reminders) was inconsistent

  • Limited tools for admins to manage providers efficiently
