Demure is a skincare and cosmetics e-commerce brand positioned around a demure, classy, and Gen-Z-forward aesthetic. The challenge was to translate brand identity into a high-converting shopping experience while maintaining clarity, trust, and scalability. I led the end-to-end design of the Demure website, focusing on brand expression, product discovery, and conversion optimization across the full shopping journey.
